The sandbox page is a draft page, a suggested new version of the main GnuCash page. It was started by copying the main GnuCash page. Any changes should be clearly seen in diffs. Talk:GnuCash already exists as the Talk page for discussing changes to the main GnuCash page, so if/when a new version is ready in the sandbox, it should be discussed there.
