Changed the questions to have indents rather than headings (too many items on the table of contents. See mailing list).

Sorry, I inverted your change. Reasons:
- There are ~50 links into the page. Many of them lost their target.
- Without having the headers in the TOC it becomes almost impossible to maintain the page. Before I started some structuring in sections we had many duplicate entries. Users tend to think my Q&A is (currently) very important and put it on top of the page despite a very similar Q&A is already somewhere else in the page.
