Derek Atkins
Warlord is really the handle of Derek Atkins, one of the core developers of GnuCash. If you use the BusinessFeatures then you're using his code. In addition to his role as a core developer, he also maintains the server that runs the git repository, the old subversion (SVN) source repository, the email lists and archives, IRC Bot and Logs, and this Wiki.
You can usually find Derek on IRC (look for warlord) along with many other core developers and users.
