Derek Atkins
Warlord is really the handle of Derek Atkins, one of the core developers of GnuCash. If you use the GnuCashBusinessFeatures then you're using his code. In addition to his role as a core developer, he also maintains the server that runs Subversion (the subversion source repository), Email Lists (the email lists and archives), and Wiki (what you're looking at now).
You can usually find Derek on IRC along with many other core developers and users.
