o Fixed crashers:
  - Edit transaction in two registers after jump
  - Hit esc twice in the transfer dialog
  - Do not printf(%s,NULL) on Solaris
  - Transaction report on empty session
o Core changes:
  - Disable lot scrubbing during Check & Repair
  - Sort transactions by number in register numerically instead of
    alphabetically
  - Maintain the account hierarchy when reparenting the descendants of
