Hi, thanks for your contributions. but I watched an issue: you replaced the templates by their content and partial translated them. The reason to use templates {{template name}}:

We can easier update content. Example: on the next release {{Version}}, currently 5.6 will be set to 4.6 and all pages will display it with the exception of chinese pages.

I was confused by your output of {{FQ Check broken}} and verified with 'LANG=zh_CN gnc-fq-check' there is no chinese output. If you need localization of a template, create a localized copy like URL:wp-de for the german wikipedia.
