From GnuCash

I suppose that since I can edit this later, I can say that I've never contributed to a wiki before, so I don't know what the end result of this bit of prose will be.

However.

I mentioned on an email to the gnucash-user list that a problem with setting up a list of stocks/mutual funds is that the symbols must be in Capital Letters (aka, upper case). The test app, dump-finance-quote, doesn't care, but something in GnuCash between the list created by Price/Commodity Editor and the dump-finance-quote does care.

If this is unclear, I can try to recreate "problem" and workaround. Perhaps one might consider this to be a bug.

Hi. No problem about this prose. However, single issues are better reported and tracked in Bugzilla instead of here -- here issues easily get forgotten but in Bugzilla they don't. In your particular case this has already been fixed, as the message to gnucash-user was sufficient. In the future please rather use Bugzilla, or, for easy issues, only the mailing list.
