Hi, congrats to your first contribution!

I was wondering, why you think this is required. My system is set to de_DE.utf8 and I never had to do this step to run the gnucash flatpak in German. But after some testing I found this:
$ flatpak run --command=sh org.gnucash.GnuCash
[📦 org.gnucash.GnuCash gnucash-on-flatpak.build]$ LANG=pt_PT.utf8 gnucash
The locale defined in the environment isn't supported. Falling back to the 'C' (US English) locale

So it seems, by default flatpak installs only the locale set at install time. Additionals have to be installed in your way.

Can you reformulate the section? I am also wondering, if we shouldn't better put it in the Flatpak page(s), and perhaps link it from Locale_Settings?

Note
Syntaxhighlihgt is only used for commands (or formated file content). To mark package names or other simple terms just use the org.gnucash.GnuCash.Locale tag.
